Owned by Chris Banks who moved to Thurmont in 2019, Chris noticed that pool cleaning services in the area cost more than quadruple what they were while he was living in Nevada. With this information and Chris’ experience in the pool industry as both a technician and project manager, Catoctin Pools was founded.
